Member Consultation - ARNA's legal structure and new constitution

Members were invited to review the materials below regarding the proposal will see ARNA's legal structure change from an Association Incorporated in NSW to a Company Limited by Guarantee, and provide feedback and any questions to the ARNA National Committee by 30 September 2020. Following the consultation process, the changes to ARNA's legal structure and updated constitution were tabled & ratified at the 2020 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 10th November.
