ARNA Webinar | Patient Stories
Join us for "Patient Stories - using patient narrative to improve practice and the patient experience" - presented by Siobhan Jackson
Wednesday 21 February 2024, 7-8pm AEDT
Patient Stories involves interviewing patients directly to gather their unique insights to gain a better understanding of the amputee’s experiences and perspective of our service. Allowing patients to share with us the story of their journey across the continuum of care can help identify gaps within our service, inspire patient centred care, celebrate good practice, and foster learning to allow us to enhance our patient experience by delivering an improved service.
Join Siobhan Jackson as she discusses how to use patient stories
1. to understand the patient journey
2. to identify issues
3. to implement change
